This was my first experience buying a home. My wife and I are immigrants who have landed in Canada four years ago. We are still in the process of settling down with young kids and starting new careers. The whole idea of purchasing a first home in Canada without any knowledge of the housing market or process was simply challenging and overwhelming. When I met Paul everything became simple and possible. He explained to me, in-depth, what I needed to do in order to buy my first home.
