      I cannot say enough amazing things about Bria! From day one, she was determined to help us get the exact house we wanted — and she made it happen!       We got a chance to meet Ryan and Ellison in one of the open houses in Kanata. Since we live in another city, it was a complicated situation for us to buy a house in Kanata. However, Ryan and Ellison were very helpful and made all arrangements and adjustments to ensure that we could cover several houses each weekend. They were patient with our requirements, and helped us check 20-30 places before we settled for one. They also helped answer all our questions. Additionally they helped with some great contacts for home inspection, mortgage and lawyer. They were transparent all the time, and provided great suggestions. The overall process was very smooth and we did not have to travel again and again for paperwork. I would highly recommend their services.
