      Working with Ryan and his group can be described as efficient, professional, and responsive, and for me that's all what I could have asked for. As a landlord, I wanted to work with someone who understands the market, does their due-diligence when looking for tenants, and provide the right advice. From the first call, Ryan was quite friendly, prompt, clear, and right to the point. He made the whole process for us quite easy and was able to provide few options that we ended up working with one of them. He was very accommodating, and went the extra mile to ensure all went smoothly.       My experience working with Paul was extremely disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, expectations were not managed well, and I often felt that my interests were not being prioritized. I would not work with him again and would not recommend his services based on my experience.

      Best of the best. First I put my home sale with someone else 3 months no offer very less showing after 3 months I went with Paul and before first open home I received 2 offers within 3 days and I accepted one he is awesome in the work highly recommended.
