Martha has a keen eye for modern home decorations and has amazing skills in creating home staging plans in a very structured way, and prioritizing tasks required to present your home in the best condition it can be. She was always available and welcoming all of our questions and concerns via calls, texts, and pictures. Paul is very direct, knowledgable, and has great negotiation skills. Paul always communicated and shared everything during the home sale process. There wasn't a moment where we weren't informed about all the details.
