      Short review: Professional excellence that you wont find with any other realtor in Ottawa! Paul sold our house in Whiby in 2 days flat, and at a price that was 20k higher than what any other realtor had suggested we could sell for.Detailed review: We had spoken with 5 different realtors, including Paul, in April-May this year when we needed to sell our house in Whitby. The moment we spoke to Paul, we knew that we had found the best man for the job. No wonder almost every house sold in our immediate neighborhood was his listing, with a consistent track record of selling at/over-asking and that too at a time when houses in our area were selling under asking or sitting on the market for weeks.Paul far exceeded our expectations through out the entire process, right from getting the house ready , to listing and selling it. He knows exactly how to showcase and get the best value for your home.       Ryan Richard was an excellent Real Estate Agent. He was extremely responsive to our requests and was able to set up showings in the blink of an eye. My partner and I ended up with our dream apartment and we likely never would have stumbled across this property had it not been for Ryan's help. Furthermore, Ryan is professional, very friendly and is very knowledgeable of the Real Estate Market in Ottawa.
