      Paul helped us buy our first home in Canada. Since we had recently immigrated to Ottawa, we did not have any knowledge about the Ottawa real estate market, good/bad neighborhoods, property types, etc. However, having Paul as our realtor made the home-buying process extremely easy and stress-free. He was always available to answer any questions. He is very knowledgeable and has a good grasp on the local market. Another nice thing about Paul is that he never pushed us for any property. He'd provide his feedback only when we asked for it. Also, Paul is very resourceful and provided us with great recommendations for lawyer, mortgage agent, home inspector, home improvement, etc. We strongly recommend Paul Czan to anyone looking for a realtor in Ottawa.

      I first met Paul when purchasing a property in Arnprior. I found him to be honest , quick to respond to all my questions and a person of integrity. When the time came to sell a property in Constance bay there was no question in my mind who I would contact first. Paul came up with a good aggressive marketing plan and followed through. He stayed in close contact with me during the whole process and was able to complete the sale without complications. He’s very knowledgeable of the market and has a great team behind him.
