      Paul was so wonderful to work with when selling our Calabogie home. He and his wife Martha offered the best advice from planning, staging and advertising to offering open houses and being available for all requested showings. He was able to close the sale without any issues. Fast forward 6 months and we called Paul again when we wanted to buy a cottage.       Ellison Gomez helped us last minute to find out rental in Ottawa and took a lot of time out of his weekend (the only weekend we were in town) to help us look at properties. We found the perfect place in a great location. Very grateful for his last minute help and availability!

      Paul helped us buy our first home in Canada. Since we had recently immigrated to Ottawa, we did not have any knowledge about the Ottawa real estate market, good/bad neighborhoods, property types, etc. However, having Paul as our realtor made the home-buying process extremely easy and stress-free. He was always available to answer any questions. He is very knowledgeable and has a good grasp on the local market. Another nice thing about Paul is that he never pushed us for any property. He'd provide his feedback only when we asked for it.
