      Thank you for the service provided. I recently moved across the country for work and thanks to Ms. VanSchepen, I was able to secure a place to rent. She assisted me by giving me access to a website to view many rentals, setup the viewings during my first visit here all within a few days. Once I picked the place I wanted, she advised me on what was required to be set up before my lease began. It's been a smoothness transition since I moved in. Would definitely recommend using this agency again when I move in the future. :)

      Paul was so wonderful to work with when selling our Calabogie home. He and his wife Martha offered the best advice from planning, staging and advertising to offering open houses and being available for all requested showings. He was able to close the sale without any issues. Fast forward 6 months and we called Paul again when we wanted to buy a cottage. Paul's experience and expertise got us through a multiple-bidders situation and into our dream cottage. I would highly recommend Paul for any real estate needs.       Paul is great to work with, he works with his clients as a team, he backs his research and evaluation with data. He is very flexible and delivers on what he commits, we found him very approachable and responsive. Paul makes you feel comfortable and never pushes you to sign any contracts until you are ready, his team including the photographer, stager and contractor all did a great job. Buying or selling a home can be stressful and an overwhelming experience, I would recommend Paul any day, if you want to work with a professional you can trust.
