      Hi folks. I should have posted before now but here's my experience with Paul and his team. As you can see by the comments Paul has been working hard to establish a good reputation in the market. Fortunately for myself and my family we had such a positive experience with the sale of my mother's house last year, I need to share it. I will not have any other than his group buy or sell for me. He knows the market well enough so you don't waste any time having to adjust the price to get an offer, even when the market is unstable. Selling a home that you love can be very stressful however, that was not the case. Our expectations were greatly exceeded. Everything was done promptly, even the staging wasn't difficult for us. The online photos were done early and posted as they had suggested. Things got very busy at the end for me, but with their assistance, everything went well and again better than expected. Thanks, Paul, Martha, and the team. This town needs you!

      We worked with Ellison Gomez. Ellison was very professional and caring. I liked that Mr. Gomez worked with us really as a buyer representative. He provided us with stats reports about the houses we were interested in. He didn't,'t try to force a purchase on us and was very responsive to our inquiries. With Ellison's help we found the house that fits our needs at a very reasonable price. I totally recommend Mr. Gomez for any one who needs a buyer or sales representative.

      Working with Paul was one of the most frustrating real estate experiences I’ve ever had. Communication felt evasive, follow-through was inconsistent, and I was left feeling misled more than once. I constantly felt like I had to double-check everything myself because nothing was handled with the professionalism I expected. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a realtor who actually advocates for their clients.

      Looking for a home in the Ottawa rental market right now was difficult, so we were extremely lucky to work with Ryan Richard! Ryan was able to find lots of options that suited our needs and made sure to highlight listings he thought would be a good fit for us. His communication was superb, and he was available to answer any questions we had (even on weekends!). We highly recommend working with him!
