      I met Ryan at a showing and even though I wasn’t looking or an Agent at the time he impressed me by his quite knowledgeable demeanor and I eventually took him on as my agent while looking for my rental downtown.He ensured he understood our requirements and organized numerous showings as I wanted to make sure I had a good understanding of what the market had to offer.He was very knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods downtown and that made it so much easier to find what we were looking for.Ryan was available pretty much always despite the sometimes late or inconvenient showings available.After patiently showing us tonnes of apartment over a couple of months we were found a gem of an apartment that we loved.The rental process went very smoothly and Ryan stayed available even after we moved in. I would definitely work with Ryan again and readily recommend him.

      We got a chance to meet Ryan and Ellison in one of the open houses in Kanata. Since we live in another city, it was a complicated situation for us to buy a house in Kanata. However, Ryan and Ellison were very helpful and made all arrangements and adjustments to ensure that we could cover several houses each weekend. They were patient with our requirements, and helped us check 20-30 places before we settled for one. They also helped answer all our questions. Additionally they helped with some great contacts for home inspection, mortgage and lawyer. They were transparent all the time, and provided great suggestions. The overall process was very smooth and we did not have to travel again and again for paperwork. I would highly recommend their services.
