      It was a pleasure and joy working with Paul Properties team. Martha has a keen eye for modern home decorations and has amazing skills in creating home staging plans in a very structured way, and prioritizing tasks required to present your home in the best condition it can be. She was always available and welcoming all of our questions and concerns via calls, texts, and pictures. Paul is very direct, knowledgable, and has great negotiation skills. Paul always communicated and shared everything during the home sale process. There wasn't a moment where we weren't informed about all the details. You will find Paul very realistic and assesses every situation carefully based on the given factors.

      Ryan Richard was an excellent Real Estate Agent. He was extremely responsive to our requests and was able to set up showings in the blink of an eye. My partner and I ended up with our dream apartment and we likely never would have stumbled across this property had it not been for Ryan's help. Furthermore, Ryan is professional, very friendly and is very knowledgeable of the Real Estate Market in Ottawa.
