      We first had the pleasure of working with Paul Czan Real Estaye Group, more specifically Ryan Richard and his team when we were newcomers to Canada, and most recently again as a couple settled in Ottawa while searching for our second rental home. Both experiences were equally smooth and positive, which says a lot.Ryan has always been warm, attentive, responsible, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Even though Ryan was our main point of contact, the whole team was fantastic to work with. Ellison was very helpful during showings, and Will did a great job coordinating and following up on the administrative side.
