      Paul was so wonderful to work with when selling our Calabogie home. He and his wife Martha offered the best advice from planning, staging and advertising to offering open houses and being available for all requested showings. He was able to close the sale without any issues. Fast forward 6 months and we called Paul again when we wanted to buy a cottage. Paul's experience and expertise got us through a multiple-bidders situation and into our dream cottage. I would highly recommend Paul for any real estate needs.       Best of the best. First I put my home sale with someone else 3 months no offer very less showing after 3 months I went with Paul and before first open home I received 2 offers within 3 days and I accepted one he is awesome in the work highly recommended.

      Paul Tolerated me for 6 months to buy a place... have to give him an A+ for that! As a first time home buyer, Paul went above and beyond in terms of how purchasing a property works, what I should look out for and answered all my questions without hesitation. Paul's professionalism is what stands out the most and he's also very patient with me browsing a lot of different properties.... I mean.. a lot of properties. Hands down Paul is an outstanding Real Estate agent and I highly recommend in using his service.
