      It was a pleasure and joy working with Paul Properties team. Martha has a keen eye for modern home decorations and has amazing skills in creating home staging plans in a very structured way, and prioritizing tasks required to present your home in the best condition it can be. She was always available and welcoming all of our questions and concerns via calls, texts, and pictures. Paul is very direct, knowledgable, and has great negotiation skills. Paul always communicated and shared everything during the home sale process. There wasn't a moment where we weren't informed about all the details. You will find Paul very realistic and assesses every situation carefully based on the given factors.

      Paul is great to work with, he works with his clients as a team, he backs his research and evaluation with data. He is very flexible and delivers on what he commits, we found him very approachable and responsive. Paul makes you feel comfortable and never pushes you to sign any contracts until you are ready, his team including the photographer, stager and contractor all did a great job. Buying or selling a home can be stressful and an overwhelming experience, I would recommend Paul any day, if you want to work with a professional you can trust.

      Our experience working with Ryan Richard was great! We were looking to move to Ottawa from out of town so having someone like Ryan on our side helped a lot. He happily did numerous virtual showings for us of places we were interested in and he was always honest about everything going on inside and around the property with regards to construction possibly being very close by etc.The rental market right now in Ottawa is more competitive than we expected, however, with Ryan’s perseverance we were able to get a rental we absolutely love!We highly recommend working with Ryan! His communication was great and he was able to answer any questions or concerns we had. At some points we wondered when he slept! Thanks again, Ryan!
