      We got a chance to meet Ryan and Ellison in one of the open houses in Kanata. Since we live in another city, it was a complicated situation for us to buy a house in Kanata. However, Ryan and Ellison were very helpful and made all arrangements and adjustments to ensure that we could cover several houses each weekend. They were patient with our requirements, and helped us check 20-30 places before we settled for one. They also helped answer all our questions. Additionally they helped with some great contacts for home inspection, mortgage and lawyer. They were transparent all the time, and provided great suggestions. The overall process was very smooth and we did not have to travel again and again for paperwork. I would highly recommend their services.

      I could not have dreamt of a better experience with purchasing my new home in August 2023.       Bria Katsoulis went above and beyond to ensure the process of buying our first home was as smooth as possible. She maintained great communication every step of the way and was easily able to be reached when needed. Bria is knowledgeable, provided valuable insight/recommendations, and was able to answer the many questions we had as first-time home buyers.
