    Bria Katsoulis went above and beyond to ensure the process of buying our first home was as smooth as possible.     Bria was amazing. Her knowledge of the Renfrew area was invaluable. She made looking at homes so easy and was able to help me negotiate a fair price for my new home. She was also amazing doing open houses and showings on my old home. I would highly recommend her. Martha and her team of stagers did such an amazing job of staging my house I didn't even recognize it when they were done.

    Paul was so wonderful to work with when selling our Calabogie home. He and his wife Martha offered the best advice from planning, staging and advertising to offering open houses and being available for all requested showings. He was able to close the sale without any issues. Fast forward 6 months and we called Paul again when we wanted to buy a cottage.
